I’m a Philadelphia transplant that has an insatiable curiousity for culinary things.  Exploring small food-related businesses is a prominent interest of mine.  I’Steeped Green Team new to the local food movement, and currently discovering organic and raw foods.

Unfortunately, I’m not a full-time foodie.  Adminstrative assistant from 9-5 and culinary visionist 24/7, an outlet for all my outpourings became a necessity to leave behind those cold cubicles at the end of the day.

Reader, you can expect a variety of writings in my journal.  Tonight’s dinner, gastronomic findings, and travels are all likely to be accounted for at some point.
